For US orders: 

You can return your product within 60 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit:

Unopened Product:
If your product is unopened, you’ll receive a full refund for the product cost.

Opened Product:
If your product is opened, we’ll issue a store credit for the product cost. For each customer, we offer this as a courtesy no more than 3 times per year. Store credits are valid for 1 year.

Important Details:
Returns must be made within 60 days of the delivery date. After 60 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

For UK orders: 

You may return any item purchased from BodyBio, Ltd. for any reason within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt. Please print out and use our BodyBio, Ltd. Return Form HERE, ensure the package has your name and order number on it, and follow the return instructions.
