For US orders: 

We accept returns within 60 days of the date you receive your order.  

Unopened products are eligible for a full refund while opened products are eligible for a store credit. Note that store credits will expire after one year from the date it was issued.

For UK orders: 

You may return any item purchased from BodyBio, Ltd. for any reason within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt. Please print out and use our BodyBio, Ltd. Return Form HERE, ensure the package has your name and order number on it, and follow the return instructions.
