Phospholipids per serving (PC, PI, PS, PE)Updated a year ago

PC is derived from a naturally occurring substance so the numbers can fluctuate slightly. We produce PC in small batches so that we can assure quality and efficacy. We test our batches with a third party independent lab to ensure levels of phospholipids meet our minimum claims. Each serving of PC (1/2 teaspoon or 2 softgels) contains the following approximate amount of phospholipids:

  • Phosphatidylcholine (PC)- 500.0-600.0 mg

  • Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE)- 300.0-400.0 mg

  • Phosphatidylinositol (PI)- 100.0-200.0 mg

  • Phosphatidylserine (PS) - 250-500 mg
