IF a customer mentions that they received the wrong product(s), OR their order is missing products,
OR was sent someone else's order entirely

Please send us an email to [email protected] (for US orders) or [email protected] (for UK/EU orders) and someone from our customer experience team will assist you. Kindly include photos of the packing slip and the product you received.
